A plan that's concise. A plan that that gives you a clear set of instructions. Just like a recipe. Ah! A Healthy Diet Recipe! And that's just what we have here.
But first! Before you roll up your sleeves to follow this recipe, there are a few things you must know:
No recipe gets made without some level of work. You will have to chop the foods; you will have to clean up the foods!
Improvisations can work! The recipe calls for peas, but you’ve got broccoli. Give it a shot and see what happens!
Some recipes require a little help. It can get tough managing all the preparations for one meal alone, and there’s nothing wrong with calling on someone to keep an eye on the stove, or make the salad. You don’t have to do it all!

Ready for change
Journal, physical or digital
At least 1 supportive person
Lean meat, poultry, fish (optional)
Whole grains (optional)
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
Grab a journal and start writing down all the reasons why being healthy matters to you.
Next, write down how you would love each of the following areas of your life to look and feel like. For example: Health & Fitness - I feel confident in my food choices and eat balanced meals. I feel energetic. I spend time every day being active in something I love, like going for walks.
Share steps 1 & 2 with a supportive person.
